The
California Mark of the Rune-Gild works to further the three goals set by Gild-Master
Ristandi when he formed Blåkulla Hall in Southern California. Teaching:
To provide ongoing instruction of the highest quality in Esoteric
Rune Work, as well as specialized intensive workshops and seminars dedicated to
specific aspects of the Northern Renaissance and traditional Germanic Magic and
Religion. Some of these classes and events are open to the public, and serve as
a way to introduce the world at large to the ways and work of the Rune-Gild. Ritual:
To host regular ritual activities (Moon-Workings, Mead-Workings,
Blót, and Sumble) for active members of the Rune-Gild. We will also host
Blót (Blessing) rites open to interested non-members on the more important
Holy days and seasons of the year. Outreach:
To maintain a presence in various local and regional circles including
the contemporary Pagan community, relevant departments within the mainstream Academy,
and Germanic or Scandinavian ethnic organizations, in order to publicly and accurately
represent the identity and work of the Gild to those to whom it should be of interest. Blåkulla Hall holds ongoing rituals and events in Los Angeles and the surrounding areas. For further information please contact the Blåkulla Hall Warden or Blåkulla Hall Steward. Galdrabrú
Hall holds
ongoing Runa-Workshops, introductory classes, rituals, and events in the San Francisco
Bay Area. For further information please contact Hall-Leader and Steward of the
California Mark Lothar Tuppan regarding
these events or for any other California associated Rune-Gild questions. Links |
